This chair fit all my needs. It was cloth, had 4d armrests, and could deep recline. The one thing I did over look is the whole chair doesn't rock or recline like my old one did. I can over look that as the build quality was better than what I expected. The ad says it has a nylon base but it feels more like metal of some kind.There are a few area I feel this chair could be improved on. Firstly and most importantly is the mounting brackets for the footstool. Everything else is made of metal but for some reason these are made of nylon or plastic. I worry that these will crack out during use. The footstool definitely sags a little bit, so we'll see how long it lasts. The instructions were very poorly worded and sometimes didn't include some instructions. An example of this would be that the footrest sliders are help in place my putting 2 O-rings, one on each side, on the ends of the tubing. Lastly and least importantly, the screws on the underside are silver but the screws that attach the backrest ,and are mostly hidden, are black. I wish all of them would've been black to have a more uniform appearance, but this is just a minor complaint as it doesn't effect there overall quality of the chair.The areas I think this chair excels are comfort, style, and overall quality. The seat and included ergonomic supports feel firm but also give just enough. I'm sure as i use them the materials will break in making them even more comfortable. I love the way this looks with my gaming setup as i went with the black colorway. As I've mentioned above the materials seem of high quality. Even the included screws and allen wrench, items that are usually cheap, were solid and i never feared slipping or rounding out the fasteners.I'm not sure where to put this as its not good nor bad for me but something I wish I would've known just to be more informed. This chair is on the slightly more narrow side. I tend to sit crossed legged in my chair and it can be a bit snug but so far its okay.Overall I'm giving this chair 4 out of 5 stars as i do feel there's enough areas of improvement to the chair, instructions, and advertising to warrant 1 less star.
